She refers to herself as a “project management aficionado” of the company. For you, that means that Jessica is your main point person for your website and social media project. She coordinates between designers, writers, and the SEM team on your behalf in order to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.
Jessica lives with her family in the Atlanta suburbs and is a proud “Military Mom.”
Ryan Light brings over 20 years experience in the Project Management field with companies such as Microsoft, Boeing, Starbucks, and Ernst & Young to name a few. He’s instrumental in pioneering innovative approaches and solutions to the problems encountered in design, development, and management of business processes and procedures.
Think of Ryan as the consultant specialist that small-to-medium businesses don’t typically have access to without having an “in.”

Kathleen discovered her love for social media while working for a non-profit organization called, Bread of Hope. She is passionate about creating social media content that helps our clients connect with their communities.
In her free time, Kathleen enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Nora is skilled in designing and creating websites using the Divi Page Builder, one of the most popular Wordpress themes and frameworks in the world, as well as being proficient in HTML, Javascript, and CSS coding.
A prolific blogger in her own right, especially when talking about website design and development, SEO, and branding, she loves to educate our clients about what makes for an exceptional user experience for their website visitors and strives to make sure that we deliver professional and effective website designs to all of our clients.
Daniel started managing Google Ad campaigns over 15 years ago and was later recruited by one of Google’s largest Premier SMB Partners, where he received hands-on training from some of the industry’s leading practitioners. Since then, he has managed millions in ad spend and helped more than 150 businesses improve visibility, generate leads, and scale through strategic digital advertising.
Cari Kaufman is a brand strategist, audience intelligence specialist, and copywriter who helps businesses clarify their messaging and connect more deeply with the people they serve. She works with brands to uncover the story behind their business and turn it into strategic, human-centered marketing.
Her expertise spans audience research, messaging strategy, SEO-informed copywriting, content development, and custom Squarespace website design and development. Cari is especially passionate about helping businesses move beyond generic marketing tactics by developing messaging rooted in real audience behavior, psychology, and intent.
Known for blending strategic insight with storytelling, Cari helps clients create marketing that feels clear, authentic, and actionable — whether through website copy, brand positioning, SEO strategy, or long-form content ecosystems designed to support growth over time.

Geno is a widely-recognized online business strategist, an authority on the Divi Page Builder framework by Elegant Themes, a co-founder of ElegantMarketplace and DiviChat, and a pioneer in the Divi Product Ecosystem.
In 2012 Geno launched his first consultancy helping businesses and nonprofits become more efficient and effective in their back-office processes and systems. In 2014 he launched the Divi Tutorials Blog on Quiroz.co and began consulting other web designers and developers on mastering the Divi Theme Framework.
You can find Geno blogging on a number of websites and managing his Divi Community Facebook Group, currently at over 16.2k members and the Marina Community FB group, one of his local side-projects.
